More Great Items Get Delivered to Children through Our Comfort Build-a-Bag Program

The Comfort Build-a-Bag program has distributed thousands of bags to children in hospitals, providing them with joy and comfort. These bags are meticulously filled with stuffed animals, toys, blankets, coloring books, and other delightful items. The program takes an extraordinary turn when beloved characters like Spider-Man, Belle, and our newest team member, Stitch, personally deliver these bags to the children. This initiative creates cherished memories for children and their families during challenging times.

Through the efforts of Kohl’s Cares volunteers, children are able to divert their attention from their treatments and engage in enjoyable activities. These volunteers diligently sort, fill, and customize bags based on the children’s interests and medical conditions. During a recent visit, children received Halloween-themed items and bags, bringing the holiday spirit directly to them. We eagerly anticipate the next Comfort Build-a-Bag visit.
